Gift Vouchers

These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of physical and digital Gold Moss Ltd gift vouchers. These gift voucher terms apply to gift vouchers purchased online (www.goldmoss.co.uk) as well as gift vouchers purchased at a physical Gold Moss Ltd pop-up shop or stall.

1. Gold Moss Ltd reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of gift vouchers at any time. This does not affect your legal rights.

2. The gift voucher can only be redeemed online at www.goldmoss.co.uk. and it cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another voucher. 

3. The gift voucher is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of activation following which they expire automatically. A gift voucher cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the voucher will become invalid and no longer available for use.

4. In cases where your gift voucher is lost or stolen, Gold Moss Ltd is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance.

5. Any goods paid for using a gift voucher that are subsequently returned for a refund will be credited to the original gift voucher or in the event that the original voucher was discarded or misplaced, a new gift voucher will be issued.

6. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by gift voucher, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used.

7. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift voucher will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and the our privacy policy which can be found at: https://goldmoss.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy.
