DELIVERY

FREE Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class or equivalent) will be applied to all orders over £35 within the United Kingdom.
 
We aim to ship within 1-3 working days after an order has been placed. You will be notified once your parcel leaves us.
 
Orders sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class can be expected within 2-3 working days from dispatch date. Estimated delivery times can vary, we kindly request your understanding should unexpected delays occur on the part of our couriers.
    
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
     
We are proud to say that all of our packaging is plastic-free.
Postal boxes and paper tape are recyclable, while the protective packaging puffs are made of corn starch and are fully compostable (you can also dissolve them in warm water).
  
   

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We always want our customers to be satisfied with their orders when they arrive but we understand that not everything can be the right fit. If you would like to return your product(s), please contact us at hello@goldmoss.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we will get the process started for you.
  
Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and the safe delivery of all returned products. Please keep proof of postage for reference - we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
  
The full value of the returned product(s) will be refunded providing the products have not been used, are in their original condition and original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery fees applied during checkout. 
     
If you have received your order and something has been damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@goldmoss.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Please include details of your order including photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and your preferences.
