Refund policy
We always want our customers to be satisfied with their orders when they arrive but we understand that not everything can be the right fit. If you would like to return your product(s), please contact us at hello@goldmoss.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we will get the process started for you. You can download the cancellation form here.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and the safe delivery of all returned products. Please keep proof of postage for reference - we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
The full value of the returned product(s) will be refunded providing the products have not been used, are in their original condition and original packaging.
If you have received your order and something has been damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@goldmoss.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Please include details of your order including photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and your preferences.
